Our Foundation
Built on more than 15 years of industry experience
Intu Consult was founded following more than 15 years of industry experience, during which the founder witnessed critical gaps that organisations were unable to resolve internally.
Across agencies and employers alike, challenges often included weak strategic planning and implementation, poor data collection and utilisation, fragmented workflows, misaligned training partnerships, ineffective marketing and employer branding communications, and inefficient budget allocation, particularly in media buying and technology.
In many cases, the issue is not a lack of technology, data or investment.
Part of the challenge is that workforce strategies, systems, processes, partnerships and workforce data frequently operate in isolation, creating inefficiencies, duplication and missed opportunities.
